Our services are tailored to identify and address the family’s unique, core issues, while teaching the parents effective skills and in-home structure to successfully impact and redirect the specific, problem behaviors and dysfunctional family patterns.

Empowerment Counseling Services provides comprehensive out-patient and in-home mental health and behavioral health services to families, couples, and individuals of all ages. All healthcare providers on our treatment team are trained, experienced, fully-licensed therapists. Empowerment Counseling Services has been providing individual and family therapy services for more than 12 years.  We specialize in more serious mental health issues through our intensive, in-home services.  We also provide family and individual outpatient therapy, and group therapy for adolescents and teenagers.

We focus on providing highly-effective treatments for acting-out adolescents and children through a comprehensive, in-home model that emphasizes a family-focused and community-based approach. This approach emphasizes treatment of the child through a focus on the entire family system. Services provided include an in-depth and individualized assessment, short and long-term treatment plans, effective and researched communication and parenting skills customized to the family's specific needs, linking to ongoing resources within their schools and communities, and identification of related psychotherapeutic family issues and intensive discharge planning to normalize the family back to healthy independence.
